About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a lead resource for administrative and clinical support staff, providing guidance, training, and day-to-day support
- Help coordinate daily clinic operations to maintain efficient workflows and a positive patient experience
- Partner with providers and care teams to manage patient flow and appointment coordination
- Support implementation and consistency of clinic policies, procedures, and best practices
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members and ongoing staff development
- Address patient questions, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and support practice goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Equivalent combinations of education and relevant healthcare experience may be considered
- 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- 2-3 years of experience serving in a leadership, lead, or supervisory capacity
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with EHR systems and healthcare office technology
- Knowledge of medical terminology, billing, and coding processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Ability to perform the listed physical requirements, including frequent standing, walking, lifting, carrying, balancing, reaching, handling, fingering, and constant talking, hearing, and near/far vision
