About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and contribute to coordination of multiple projects evaluating integrative therapies
- Finalize study protocols with the Project Manager
- Oversee communications with IRBs
- Recruit patients and administer phone screens
- Administer informed consent and enroll patients
- Perform data collection, interpretation, and manuscript preparation
- Manage the experience of study subjects
- Manage, manipulate, analyze, and report data
- Manage study cohorts
- Conduct outreach communications, mailings, follow-up, and document collection
- Assist with progress reports using basic prescriptive statistics
- Gather information for future research proposals
- Train and orient new staff
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Science required
- Experience in lieu of a degree accepted
- 1–2 years of relevant research and data management experience required
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Careful attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize a variety of tasks
- Intermediate computer literacy, including database tools
- Knowledge of data management programs
- Ability to follow directions, exhibit professionalism, and work more independently
