About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Structure, launch, and execute MGB International Transformational Partnerships
- Structure complex, ambiguous problems into workstreams, key questions, and analytical plans
- Ensure analytical rigor, define metrics, oversee data collection, and validate outputs and assumptions
- Lead end-to-end project management from scoping through implementation planning
- Lead junior team members and manage leaders and subject-matter experts
- Oversee financial baseline and expected impact analyses informing partnership deal structure and MGB economics
- Contribute to client and internal stakeholder discussions through strategic insights
- Support onboarding of operational leaders and teams as partnerships move into operations
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and strategic problem-solving
- Establish repeatable processes for sourcing, structuring, contracting, and executing international partnerships
- Assess resource needs and align availability and expertise
- Gather client and stakeholder feedback on the partnership product offering and iteratively update the approach
- Ensure adherence to institutional policies, procedures, and governance standards
- Build relationships with client partners and support smooth partnership delivery
- Anticipate, surface, and resolve stakeholder tension or misalignment
- Model inclusive, accountable, and mission-driven leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in related field of study required
- Equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
- 3+ years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm strongly preferred
- 3+ years of experience working within or with a health system / provider setting
- Familiarity with Transformation programs and experience as an Engagement Manager or Senior Associate on multi-year Transformation projects
- Deep experience leading a team or workstream for a Transformation program focused on delivering financial results in a value creation or turnaround scenario
- Deep understanding of value drivers for hospital/health system Transformation programs and demonstrated track record deploying a playbook to realize this value
- Experience in structured problem solving, hypothesis-driven analysis, financial modeling, and executive-level communication
- Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, concise, compelling executive-ready materials and recommendations
- Prior experience operating within a large, matrixed healthcare organization
- Ability to build consensus and drive results through influence rather than direct authority
- Superior written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel internationally frequently, approximately 20% travel required
- Based in Boston area and willing to travel to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, MGB main campus in Boston, and other international client sites
