Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Certification as a CNA, PCT, MA, EMT or commensurate experience required
  • Alternatively, current enrollment in and successful completion of the NWH Patient Care Associate Training Program
  • Alternatively, nursing student who has completed fundamentals of nursing with a clinical component (clinical rotation or simulation lab)
  • For nursing students hired as PCAs, strong preference for students enrolled in BSN programs or direct-entry Masters’ programs
  • Ability to work night shift
  • Ability to work 36 scheduled hours per week
