About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Configure, implement, test and optimize UKG Pro WFM to align with operational workflows
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of configurations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Expertise configuring and implementing at least one UKG Pro WFM area: Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Attestation, Analytics or reporting
  • Experience writing and executing test plans for direct and regression testing
  • Clear and effective communication to collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical guidance
  • Ability to create tailored solutions aligned with enterprise standardization
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems preferred
  • Experience in the development, support or operation of software applications: 2–3 years required
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical staff
  • Demonstrated analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other office productivity solutions
  • M–F Eastern Business hours
  • Must work onsite 1x weekly and be flexible for additional onsite days as scheduled
  • Remote work days require a stable, secure, quiet, compliant workstation using MGB-provided equipment
