Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Treasury, Investments, Strategy, or related analytical roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related field
  • Solid understanding of insurance investment portfolios and their impact on STAT and GAAP financials
  • Demonstrated experience partnering across functions and influencing stakeholders in matrix organizational environments
  • Proven ability to communicate complex financial or investment concepts clearly and effectively to senior audiences
  • Experience working in or closely with investment management, ALM, or insurance product Pricing areas
  • Understanding of enterprise financial planning, including capital management, dividend frameworks, or risk considerations
  • Demonstrated ability to frame problems and shape discussions in ambiguous, evolving environments
  • Track record of influencing stakeholders and contributing to decision-making beyond immediate scope
  • Experience developing others and contributing to team capability building
