Key responsibilities & impact

Manage delivery of AI and data science projects from planning through implementation
Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to manage dependencies and clarify requirements
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Drive accountability across project teams
Help stakeholders understand AI capabilities and translate them into actionable project requirements
Manage budgets, timelines, scope, and stakeholder expectations
Navigate ambiguity and turn challenges into actionable plans
Partner with data scientists, AI engineers, and product managers to ensure smooth project delivery and measurable impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
4+ years in a technical field, which may be academic, research-based, or professional
2+ years of experience managing technical projects in Agile environments
2+ years of experience managing data science or AI projects
Strong understanding of project management tools, including JIRA and Confluence, and Agile frameworks
Ability to translate technical details into clear plans and communications
Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities
Outcome-oriented and detail-focused
Comfortable influencing without authority
Ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments
