About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work directly with producers and existing customers to identify growth opportunities
  • Support benefit re-enrollments and steward key producer and client relationships
  • Collaborate with sales and service to drive disability growth, client satisfaction, and loyalty
  • Build, nurture, and manage relationships with producers and clients as primary point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing customers and producers
  • Develop strategies to increase enrollment, adoption, and retention of Executive Disability products
  • Guide clients and producers through the renewal process
  • Plan and execute enrollment and re-enrollment campaigns with sales, marketing, and implementation teams
  • Develop timelines, materials, and communication strategies for enrollment campaigns
  • Provide product consulting to field force, brokers, and employers
  • Oversee onboarding of new group sales and support first enrollment and billing
  • Troubleshoot implementation issues and provide hands-on support
  • Maintain and grow relationships with high-performing producers
  • Visit customer locations for meetings, presentations, and relationship-building as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of workplace group benefits and/or disability industry experience, with a focus on sales and customer-facing roles
  • Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma with 8+ years of experience in financial services
  • Willingness to travel 10–15%
  • Experience with disability insurance products, preferably group executive disability
  • Demonstrated success requiring strong attention to detail, teamwork, and initiative
  • Demonstrated capacity management and process improvement capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
