About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own recurring, cross-brand executive reporting, consolidating MAU, revenue, and payer penetration metrics from multiple data sources
  • Lead market-landscape and competitive intelligence reporting, size total addressable market, and flag emerging trends and competitive threats
  • Analyze user overlap, migration, and cannibalization across Match Group brands to inform portfolio strategy and resource allocation
  • Respond to executive and Board requests by pulling and synthesizing cross-functional data into clear recommendations
  • Simplify and automate reporting and dashboarding to reduce manual upkeep
  • Partner with senior leaders across Match Group and its portfolio businesses on strategic priorities
  • Work across research, product, finance, marketing, and Business Units including Tinder, Hinge, and E&E
  • Report to the Senior Director, Strategy & Operations and collaborate with Strategy, Operations, Consumer Research, and specialized analytics teams
  • Translate analyses and analytics outputs into portfolio-level insights for corporate leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of professional experience in analytics, business intelligence, FP&A, or a related data-driven field
  • Strong SQL skills; Databricks or Redshift preferred
  • Ability to combine data across multiple, imperfect sources
  • Broad fluency across marketing, product, finance, and research data
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and charts
  • Proficiency in at least one BI/visualization tool such as Quicksight, Tableau, Looker, or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience building executive-facing presentations
  • Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Fluency with AI tools
  • Bachelor's degree required; quantitative or technical concentration is a plus but not required
  • Applicants will be required to complete a SQL skills assessment
  • Experience with competitive intelligence or market-sizing tools, or cross-brand/multi-product analytics, is a bonus
