About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run the management reporting process
- Analyze unit economics
- Build and maintain financial forecasts
- Participate in tax-related projects
- Gradually take over the majority of the CFO's functions
- Manage financial processes with full autonomy
- Identify and solve business problems and optimize processes

Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of overall experience in finance
- 1+ year of experience managing a team of 3–5 people
- Experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) or as a Finance Business Partner
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial planning
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience building financial models from scratch
- English (Intermediate+) for regular collaboration with teams in Poland and Brazil
- Strong business orientation and ability to communicate effectively with different departments
- High ownership, structured thinking, and a fast learning mindset
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly
- Ability to balance a controlling function with flexibility and collaboration
- Experience in a Big Four company, ACCA certification, experience in large product companies or international corporations, experience working with business metrics and optimizing business processes, and negotiation skills are additional advantages
