About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead smaller, targeted projects from kickoff through delivery
- Support senior Program Managers on larger initiatives

Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of program/project management experience within a agency, fast-paced tech company, or media environment
- Proven track record of taking ownership and leading teams independently with minimal oversight
- Practical, hands-on familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects across Brand Design, Social, Web Dev, Research, and Strategy
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of nuanced client interactions
- Self-starter mentality and full ownership of outcomes
