About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and in some cases lead multiple research and insights engagements simultaneously
  • Act as a thought partner to junior- to mid-level clients
  • Educate clients about every step of the research process
  • Frame insights into actionable recommendations
  • Develop client trust and lasting relationships
  • Develop questionnaires, including creating content from scratch
  • Manage internal and external project members through data collection, field management, data processing, analysis, and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to execute high-quality work
  • Translate data into learnings and tell visual stories through data and comprehensive narratives
  • Frame impactful and strategic recommendations
  • Establish, support, and build relationships with junior- to mid-level Insights and Marketing stakeholders
  • Mentor, coach, and delegate work to Associates and Senior Associates based in the US and India
  • Share responsibility for Associates’ and Senior Associates’ growth and development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Marketing, Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Psychology, Statistics, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in market research
  • Proven track record of managing multiple end-to-end research projects
  • Experience working with clients in the Technology industry is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization
  • Experience with quantitative methodologies including Segmentation, Brand/Advertising Tracking, UX/CX, Journey, and other custom methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing relationships with external vendors
  • Proficiency in market research software and tools and Microsoft/Google Suites
  • Demonstrated curiosity, willingness to learn, openness to sharing, receiving, asking for, and applying feedback
  • Adaptability to new methodologies and technologies in the market
