Key responsibilities & impact

Elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience as a trusted sleep authority
Offer best-in-class products and execute Mattress Firm selling programs
Support a seamless omnichannel experience and create a compelling customer-centered environment
Serve as a lead in resolving customer-related issues and escalate when necessary
Assist the Senior Store Manager in driving company initiatives and achieving sales performance goals
Coach associates on selling practices
Ensure execution of in-store merchandising across multiple store units
Provide technical and product knowledge information to associates as a subject matter expert
Assist with training store associates
Provide coaching insights to improve customer experience and selling aptitude
Achieve or exceed store financial targets through effective execution and customer service
Ensure execution of product merchandising, marketing, and POP standards
Follow procedures for product transfers and proper inventory documentation
Develop skills toward becoming a Store Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bilingual preferred - Spanish speaking
Ability to lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds
Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States required
Experience and qualifications may affect compensation
