About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner closely with the CEO on strategic planning, goal-setting, and company-wide execution
- Own and lead cross-functional, high-priority initiatives, including product bets and operational improvements
- Connect teams and ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and outcomes
- Prepare executive briefings, internal communications, and decision memos
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities and drive solutions
- Improve operating cadence, including OKRs, metrics, executive meetings, and planning processes
- Represent the CEO in meetings when appropriate
- Ensure decisions are translated into action
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in a high-growth startup, management consulting, investment banking, product operations, or similarly fast-paced environment
- Background in venture capital or top-tier management consulting; former VC experience strongly preferred
- Deep familiarity with investor processes, including financial modeling, data room construction, and fundraising support
- Proven ability to lead and execute change management initiatives in fast-growing organizations
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into execution, structure, and results
- Ability to influence outcomes without formal authority
- Ability to independently prioritize, execute, and iterate quickly in ambiguous environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; capable of managing multiple high-stakes workstreams
- Comfortable using data and metrics to drive decisions and measure impact
- Experience leading or supporting company-wide initiatives involving multiple senior stakeholders
- Ability to anticipate needs, identify issues, and act proactively
