About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide virtual care and support to adult members through 30-minute video consultations and asynchronous messaging
Address parental leave and return to work, balancing career and parenthood, resume review, career transitions, job loss, manager training, leadership development, and time management
Document encounters in Maven’s MPractice practice management system
Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to coordinate member needs, including in-person referrals and follow-up care
Provide culturally humble care and advance Maven’s care model
Participate in optional opportunities such as moderating community forums, leading virtual member classes, and writing or reviewing educational articles

Requirements

What you’ll need

ICF-certified coach (International Coaching Federation certification)
Currently residing in the United States
Able to commit approximately 5 hours per week in a part-time, independent contractor (1099) capacity
At least 5 years of professional experience providing wellness coaching
At least 3 years of experience delivering care via telehealth
Experience providing one-on-one wellness coaching
Comfortable delivering care through a digital health platform and engaging members in a virtual care environment
Passion for women’s and family health
