About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and evolve Maven’s core go-to-market narrative connecting employer value and member experience
  • Shape narratives for major company moments, including product launches and strategic partnerships
  • Own client narrative across key moments to drive stakeholder engagement and partnership expansion
  • Own and maintain the corporate pitch deck with current product strategy, clinical evidence, and competitive positioning
  • Partner with Product Marketing to integrate product positioning into the company narrative
  • Translate clinical research, outcomes data, and product capabilities into stories for executive buyers and clients
  • Build and maintain a narrative system including messaging hierarchy, value propositions, and usage guidelines
  • Build feedback loops with Growth and field teams to assess buyer and member responses
  • Report to the Director of GTM Narrative within the Growth organization
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Communications, Clinical, and executive leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6–8+ years of experience shaping narrative or messaging at a high-growth technology, healthcare, or consumer-facing company
  • Experience working across B2B and consumer audiences, ideally in healthcare, healthtech, or another regulated industry
  • Exceptional writing ability
  • Ability to articulate financial impact to executive stakeholders and clinical rigor and empathy to members
  • Systems thinking and experience building narrative infrastructure
  • Ability to work with outcomes studies, utilization rates, and financial impact data
  • Fluency using AI and emerging technologies for research, ideation, and narrative development
  • Ability to influence cross-functional partners through clarity, credibility, and collaboration
  • Ability to learn quickly across healthcare, business, and clinical evidence
  • Active work authorization in the US
  • Strong candidates may also have management consulting and in-house operating experience, deal-speed go-to-market narrative experience, healthtech or regulated-industry experience, messaging experience that drove outcomes, or experience building a function from scratch
