About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Reconcile accounting accounts to verify that information has been recorded accurately
  • Integrate the accounts payable, cash and banking, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and billing modules, entering transactions into the accounting system and generating accounting books
  • Manage fixed assets
  • Record adjustments and reclassifications to close management results within the deadline established by senior management
  • Support audits, respond to auditor requests, prepare balance reconciliations and calculation schedules, and follow up on audit findings
  • Calculate municipal and federal taxes
  • Submit tax returns within the applicable legal deadlines
  • Prepare trial balances and other financial statements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Professional experience and academic background must be provided during the application process
  • Availability for hybrid work in Salvador, Bahia
  • Employment under the CLT labor regime
