About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own Maya HTT's AI strategy and prove it in production across development, services and reseller businesses
Build and own the AI transformation roadmap across development, services and VAR, prioritized by business impact
Write business cases for initiatives and agree success metrics with each business unit head
Lead adoption by running the steering group, recruiting champions in each unit and removing blockers
Work with services leadership on pricing models so AI efficiency gains improve margin
Set AI usage policy, data classification rules and vendor standards aligned with ISO 27001 and EU Cyber Resilience Act work
Evaluate vendors and tools, including Siemens' AI roadmap, and decide what to build, buy or resell
Report progress and P&L impact to the CTO and executive team
Build prototypes and pilots using LLM APIs, agents and MCP integrations
Take successful pilots to production with engineering using frontier model platforms, MCP and the Maya Agent Platform
Instrument every pilot to measure its impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years in software, engineering or technology leadership
3+ years leading AI, automation or digital transformation work
Track record of driving AI adoption in non-technical business units such as sales, services or support, with quantifiable results
Hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Anthropic, OpenAI or Microsoft Copilot
Hands-on experience with MCP; personally built agents, RAG pipelines or integrations that reached real users
Architecture depth sufficient to evaluate vendor claims and make build-or-buy decisions on agents, model hosting and integrations
Financial fluency, including building business cases and understanding how automation changes services pricing and margins
Working knowledge of AI governance, data classification, security, privacy and regulatory exposure
Credibility to influence senior business leaders who do not report to you
Professional English
French is a strong asset
Experience in CAE, simulation, PLM or engineering software is a nice-to-have
Experience in a professional services firm or software reseller/channel business is a nice-to-have
Familiarity with the Siemens Digital Industries Software portfolio is a nice-to-have
Experience rolling out enterprise AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise or Microsoft Copilot across a whole company is a nice-to-have
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 data governance, such as Purview, is a nice-to-have
