About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and deliver blended learning programs, including instructor-led, virtual, digital, and persona-based programs
  • Create scalable enablement assets such as microlearning, quick-reference guides, reusable courseware, and digital modules
  • Design and maintain role-based learning tracks and progressive learning pathways
  • Drive GenAI enablement through Microsoft Copilot readiness, responsible prompting, practical workflow-based AI adoption, and approved use cases
  • Apply storytelling, gamification, and behavioral nudging to drive learner participation
  • Analyze LMS data, adoption metrics, service trends, and stakeholder feedback to identify learning gaps and demonstrate impact
  • Conduct skills-gap analyses and connect learning outcomes to business outcomes
  • Advise technology projects on training scope, delivery approach, change management, and readiness planning
  • Create multimedia and mobile-optimized learning content using digital authoring and AI-assisted tools
  • Deliver in-person, virtual, consulting-based, and Tech Hub learning experiences
  • Coordinate training schedules, communications, session readiness, and delivery timelines across offices and stakeholder groups
  • Develop AI guidance resources such as prompting frameworks, use-case libraries, and adoption playbooks
  • Test software packages and upgrades and provide learning-focused feedback
  • Manage escalated learning-related service requests through research, resolution, and documentation
  • Maintain knowledge of adult learning theory, LXD, mobile-first design, and social learning
  • Provide training and support outside normal business hours as needed
  • Build partnerships with regional and global stakeholders, IT service owners, Knowledge Management, Risk, and business teams
  • Attend user groups, stakeholder forums, and adoption meetings
  • Provide guidance and informal mentoring to team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree, professional qualification, or equivalent relevant work experience (required)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience designing and delivering technology learning programs, including 2+ years designing digital or blended learning with AI or emerging technology components (required)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and approved GenAI tools, including responsible use principles, prompting techniques, and practical application in legal and business workflows
  • Proficiency in legal technology applications, including matter-centric document management, time recording, document comparison, workflow management, electronic signature, and PDF tools
  • Experience developing digital learning assets using Articulate, Captivate, or equivalent tools
  • Experience creating multimedia learning content, including short-form video and interactive digital assets
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted content development tools
  • Ability to use learning management systems, customer service management platforms, and reporting tools
  • Proficiency delivering remote and hybrid learning via Microsoft Teams, Webex, or Zoom
  • Familiarity with Windows 11, mobile devices, and related end-user technologies
  • Awareness of WCAG accessibility standards
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, stakeholder service, storytelling, and change-management skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectively
  • ATD, CPTD, TAP, TPMA, Prosci/ADKAR, or comparable certification (preferred)
  • Experience in a legal or professional services environment (preferred)
