About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Optimize technology platforms and processes supporting business operations
- Partner with leaders and functional teams to identify technology needs and resolve system issues
- Support property management software, including Yardi
- Translate operational requirements into effective solutions
- Provide day-to-day application support for business applications
- Analyze business and system requirements
- Identify process improvements and coordinate enhancements
- Manage or oversee technology and project initiatives
- Analyze break/fix trends to improve inefficiencies
- Create scorecards, KPIs, and dashboards for employee and system performance
- Make training recommendations based on trends
- Document all processes employed
- Facilitate prioritization of initiatives
- Communicate with Yardi users and perform time-sensitive remote repairs/fixes
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by IT Management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Development, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, business administration, or related activities
- 2+ years of Yardi experience required
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred but not required
- Ability to work from home with minimal distractions from outside sources
