About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and forms within Eloqua, including audience targeting and segmentation, testing, deployment, and data monitoring
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of email campaigns before deployment
  • Monitor scheduled and active campaigns and Eloqua integrations with third-party platforms
  • Troubleshoot campaign, audience, data, email, form, and platform issues; resolve routine problems and escalate complex issues
  • Serve as a primary contact for Marketing and Business Development teams on email marketing and Eloqua-related questions and issues
  • Coordinate campaign execution with offshore team members and review deliverables
  • Troubleshoot email template errors and styling issues using HTML/CSS
  • Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements to emails, campaigns, and audience segmentation
  • Maintain Eloqua governance and housekeeping standards
  • Develop and maintain documentation for marketing automation processes and configurations
  • Identify process, documentation, quality-control, workflow, and platform enhancement opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least five (5) years of related work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g. Eloqua, Marketo, etc.)
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript/WordPress
  • Knowledge of lead management best practices and performance reporting
  • Knowledge of governmental compliance policies and regulations (GDPR, DPIA, CASL, CCPA, etc.)
  • Strong ability to learn complex software solutions
  • Strong and concise written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to function effectively independently and as a team member
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to meet the stated physical demands, including occasional lifting of up to twenty (20) pounds
