About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative support to the lateral global partner and U.S. counsel recruiting process
  • Update and maintain candidate records in applicant tracking systems
  • Input interview schedules, send evaluation request forms, and pull applicant data reports
  • Process departmental expense reports, check requests, and travel reimbursements
  • Support onboarding and integration tasks for new Partner hires
  • Assist with search firm tracking, coordination, internal communications, and candidate experience
  • Schedule and coordinate team meetings, interviews, and event logistics
  • Compile and distribute candidate materials to interviewers
  • Monitor the shared recruiting inbox and respond to routine inquiries
  • Track interviewer feedback and follow up on evaluations
  • Compile recruiting metrics and status updates
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects
  • Maintain organized electronic recruiting files in compliance with record retention standards
  • Support recruiting-related internal communications using pre-approved templates and guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn new skills and concepts quickly
  • 3 day a week in office requirement
