About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide high-volume administrative coordination, partner service, and outreach for McMurry University’s Dual Credit Academy
- Support prospective and current partner institutions, students, families, and school personnel throughout the admissions, registration, onboarding, and enrollment lifecycle
- Maintain accurate student, applicant, enrollment, registration, and partner-school records
- Review admissions materials, communicate next steps, and escalate exceptions or policy questions
- Assist with enrollment and registration processes, roster verification, deadline tracking, and coordination with the University Registrar
- Manage and respond to DCA inquiries and service requests; route complex or urgent matters appropriately
- Coordinate follow-up with students, parents, counselors, and partner-school personnel
- Support student account and login issues with Information Technology
- Assist with DCA invoicing and collections, including district invoice information and Business Office coordination
- Develop and distribute process guides, onboarding materials, communication templates, and other resources
- Conduct discovery, onboarding, and general-interest calls with prospective and newly approved partner institutions
- Cultivate ISD and school partnerships through outreach, needs discovery, and follow-up
- Travel to partner schools and represent McMurry University and the DCA at school visits, counselor meetings, parent information nights, recruitment events, and partner-engagement events
- Support school-based enrollment outreach and partner onboarding
- Maintain prospect, partner, and outreach activity in the designated CRM or tracking system
- Identify operational barriers and opportunities for improved service or enrollment growth
- Coordinate partner marketing kits, informational materials, webinars, presentations, campus visits, and program communications
- Collaborate with the Director and campus partners to ensure communications and resources are accurate, accessible, current, and policy-aligned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- At least two years of progressively responsible experience in higher education, dual credit, K–12 education, enrollment management, student services, account management, admissions, or a closely related area
- Ability to manage detailed, high-volume administrative work accurately while meeting recurring deadlines
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and customer-service communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, counselors, school administrators, and campus colleagues
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, organize competing priorities, protect confidential student and institutional information, and exercise sound judgment when escalating issues
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to partner schools, high schools, and recruitment or program events
- Occasional evening work is expected for parent nights and similar events
- Proficiency with standard office productivity tools, including spreadsheets, word processing, presentation, and shared-document systems
