About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the activities of a campus-wide program under the direction of the Administrator and Regional Campus Associate Dean for Clinical Learning
- Provide direction and guidance to the team to achieve program goals
- Maintain the Regional Campus program timeline and track deadlines for deliverables
- Develop and manage the program budget
- Schedule people, materials, and campus resources for assigned courses
- Recruit Standardized Patients and train program staff
- Coordinate development of educational, marketing, website, form, and report materials
- Oversee collection, analysis, and dissemination of simulated-exam data
- Develop, implement, and maintain program databases and files
- Organize internal and external meetings, site visits, and special events
- Oversee training for students and standardized patient participants
- Coordinate outreach activities and act as liaison with community and academic partners
- Report program data and progress to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional policies
- Research program resources, outside programs, and funding opportunities
- Participate on committees relevant to program and professional advancement
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 6 years of experience required; appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis
- Knowledge of technical, business, consultation, project management, and cultural awareness
- Customer focus, building trust, communication, critical thinking, and influencing skills
- Ability to occasionally lift moderate weight materials, stand, or walk continuously
- Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication
- May occasionally need to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects
