About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work independently under the direction of the Program Director, Department Administrator, or Department Chair to manage a statewide, College-wide, or department-wide program
  • Provide direction and guidance to the team to facilitate achievement of program goals
  • Maintain program timeline and track deadlines for deliverables
  • Develop and manage program budget
  • Schedule people and material resources
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional policies
  • Oversee collection, analysis, and dissemination of program data
  • Coordinate development of educational materials, marketing materials, websites, forms, and reports
  • Oversee development, implementation, and maintenance of program databases and files
  • Organize internal and external meetings, site visits, and special events
  • Oversee training for program participants
  • Coordinate and manage program outreach activities and liaise with community organizations
  • Ensure program data and progress are reported to stakeholders
  • Participate on committees relevant to program and professional or research advancement
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 8 years of experience
  • Knowledge of technical, business, consultation, project management, and cultural awareness
  • Customer focus, building trust, communication, critical thinking, and influencing skills
  • Ability to occasionally lift moderate weight materials
  • Ability to stand or walk continuously
  • Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication
  • May occasionally need to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects
  • Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis
