About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive in-depth training
- Be assigned to one of four MDS teams calling on behalf of designated clients
- Call for 4–8 different clients during an 8-hour day using predictive dialing equipment
- Complete approximately 16–24 calls per hour, with 20–30 seconds between calls
- Communicate positively and enthusiastically with donors and prospective donors using approved scripts
- Secure financial gifts on behalf of nonprofit clients
- Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong general employment record with long term stability
- Dedicated wired internet connection
- A quiet place to work at home free from normal household interruptions
- Basic computer skills
- Commitment and enthusiasm to charitable and non-profit causes
- Willingness to learn
- Persistence
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Respect for the company's Christian values
