About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own GTM operations for the Revenue and CS organizations, reporting directly to the CRO
  • Manage Salesforce architecture and data integrity, including the object model, field governance, and ownership of critical fields
  • Run forecast and pipeline inspection cadence and measure forecast accuracy against commit
  • Design territories, set quotas, and administer compensation plans across Sales and CS
  • Manage deal desk throughput and ensure approvals clear within SLA against discount thresholds
  • Produce funnel and attainment reporting by stage, segment, channel, and rep
  • Design, deploy, and maintain production agentic workflows for lead research and enrichment, call and email analysis, pipeline hygiene, and rep-facing CRM answers
  • Build enrichment, routing, and speed-to-lead automation from form fill to rep contact
  • Manage security review, sandbox-to-production promotion, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints within the AI governance framework
  • Monitor, fix, and retire deployed agents when they stop providing value
  • Work hands-on alongside a fractional RevOps partner in a player-coach role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years in RevOps or sales/marketing operations in B2B SaaS
  • Salesforce admin and architecture experience, including custom development
  • Hands-on experience building with APIs, scripting, or workflow orchestration tools
  • Experience designing and deploying LLM or agent-based workflows that other people rely on in their work
  • Strong attention to detail, self-starter and ability to work autonomously effectively
  • Comfort being measured on forecast accuracy and rep productivity
  • Ability to effectively work and influence cross-functionally at all levels of an organization
  • Vertical B2B SaaS experience; restaurant, hospitality or foodservice tech is a plus but not required
  • Must reside in AZ, CT, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NC, NH, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA
