About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive revenue growth by managing strategic accounts and long-term client relationships
- Develop key new stakeholder relationships
- Upsell and cross-sell existing solutions to Mid Market customers
- Lead retention and expansion efforts while meeting or exceeding quotas
- Identify strategic accounts and build customer growth plans
- Maintain deep understanding of customer business environments and address client challenges through Medbridge solutions
- Nurture executive-level relationships and guide stakeholders through decision processes
- Understand organizational structures, decision makers, procurement processes, IT systems, and workflows
- Deliver Impact Reviews covering utilization, product releases, and roadmap items
- Develop and execute account-growth strategies by uncovering new use cases and stakeholders
- Prioritize time and activities to achieve renewal and expansion targets
- Coordinate with internal teams on strategic activities for key organizations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of Account Management experience for SaaS solutions
- Experience selling to or working within the healthcare industry, preferably health systems
- Proven track record of successful customer engagements with VP and Executive-level stakeholders
- Strong foundation in strategic and tactical solution selling
- Ability to identify new use cases and collaborate with Product and Strategy teams to define requirements
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience using Salesforce, Tableau, and Pendo preferred
- Must be located in one of the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin
