About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the growth strategy and commercial performance of a portfolio of 5 strategic partners
  • Develop joint business plans covering target markets, priority solutions, ideal customer profiles, revenue opportunities, relationship maps, and quarterly priorities
  • Assess partnership potential and performance and focus resources on high-value opportunities
  • Build joint value propositions and execute joint go-to-market programs including account mapping, campaigns, field engagement, opportunity registration, co-selling, and executive sponsorship
  • Generate $15–$30 million in qualified partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and deliver $5–$10 million in new annual bookings
  • Lead partner-originated opportunities through qualification, solution alignment, executive engagement, negotiation, and contract execution
  • Establish ownership, rules of engagement, and handoffs between MedeAnalytics and partner teams
  • Maintain forecasts and attribution of partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and MedeAnalytics-led opportunities
  • Build a repeatable partner operating model covering planning, enablement, opportunity management, governance, reporting, and performance reviews
  • Create playbooks, templates, sales assets, training, and success measures
  • Partner with Marketing on campaigns, events, thought leadership, and account-based programs
  • Coordinate with Sales Enablement, Product, Solution Consulting, Services, and Customer Success to equip partner teams
  • Use performance data and field feedback to improve the program and replicate successful approaches
  • Build relationships with partner executives, alliance leaders, sales teams, product leaders, and field teams
  • Establish executive sponsorship and governance cadences for each partner
  • Lead quarterly business reviews covering pipeline, bookings, market activity, enablement, relationship coverage, delivery dependencies, and corrective actions
  • Align partner priorities and incentives with MedeAnalytics’ growth objectives and address conflicts
  • Represent MedeAnalytics in partner leadership meetings, joint customer conversations, industry events, and strategic forums
  • Coordinate Sales, Marketing, Product, Solution Consulting, Services, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and executive leadership
  • Translate partner and market feedback into recommendations for product strategy, packaging, messaging, enablement, and go-to-market priorities
  • Lead internal portfolio reviews and maintain CRM hygiene, opportunity attribution, forecasting, activity tracking, and executive reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, channel sales, business development, or enterprise sales within healthcare technology, data and analytics, SaaS, consulting, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success generating material pipeline and bookings through a concentrated portfolio of strategic partners
  • Proven ability to develop joint business plans, co-selling motions, account-mapping programs, partner enablement, and executive governance
  • Experience leading complex, multi-party enterprise opportunities from origination through contract execution
  • Strong understanding of healthcare technology buying environments and ability to connect data, analytics, AI, workflow, and advisory capabilities to measurable customer priorities
  • Ability to understand the business value of integrated solutions and work effectively with product and technical teams without serving as the technical integration owner
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
  • Strong discipline in pipeline management, forecasting, performance reporting, and CRM use
  • Experience with healthcare analytics, enterprise data platforms, AI, population health, value-based care, or financial and operational performance solutions is highly valued
  • Familiarity with partner economics, referral and resale models, joint solution packaging, revenue attribution, and alliance performance measurement is highly valued
  • Willingness to travel for partner planning, customer meetings, and industry events
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the country where this position is located; MedeAnalytics is unable to provide or transfer sponsorship
