About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review, manage, and process all incoming and outgoing invoices on time for a defined customer group
- Independently handle customer-specific questions
- Ensure reliable and efficient implementation of billing processes
- Develop pragmatic solutions with colleagues from procurement, accounting, and agency teams
- Ensure smooth workflows
- Actively optimize existing processes and contribute own ideas
- Prepare regular evaluations, reports, and ad-hoc analyses
- Support well-founded business decisions
- Take responsibility for the commercial handling of customer projects
- Collaborate closely with media, finance, and agency teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in billing, accounting, accounts receivable, or accounts payable
- Experience in an agency, media company, or comparable environment is advantageous
- Knowledge of DML is advantageous but not required
- Strong affinity for numbers
- Structured and analytical working style
- Careful and reliable work ethic
- Ability to maintain an overview of complex issues
- German communication skills at C1 level
- English communication skills at B2 level
- Service orientation and enjoyment of working with diverse contacts
- Interest in business contexts, digital business models, and the media and communications industry is welcome
