About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide quality service for valued customers
- Service end-to-end solutions for Overseas customers
- Identify and highlight opportunities to improve the member and billing agent experience
- Deliver occasional presentations to stakeholders and customers
- Assist customers face-to-face, over inbound and outbound phone calls, via email, and through messaging
- Support overseas students with their health insurance needs as part of the Overseas premium service centre
Requirements
What you’ll need- Full-time availability, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a rotating roster between 8am and 8pm NSW time
- Sales experience is highly regarded but not essential
- Knowledge and understanding of the health, finance, or insurance industry within Australia is desirable
- Ability to communicate via face-to-face, phone, email, and messaging channels
- Ability to provide compassionate, friendly, and exceptional customer service
- Ability to build the business and achieve sales targets
- Problem-solving ability and ability to tailor responses to different situations and people
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Team-oriented approach
- Self-starter with a drive to pursue learning and development outcomes and results
- Must have or obtain a Volunteer Working with Children Check if successful
