About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define AI use cases and align solution delivery timelines with business, operations, and technology teams
Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to develop efficient, compliant, and scalable AI systems
Lead rapid prototyping to demonstrate AI/ML application value and inform broader adoption
Stay current with emerging AI/ML trends and technologies and contribute to the long-term AI strategy
Research, design, and implement supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning models, including deep learning and NLP
Prepare, cleanse, and engineer data for AI/ML workflows
Train, validate, and fine-tune models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency
Build reusable, production-ready AI model deployment pipelines using MLOps best practices
Integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing products and platforms
Design and implement testing and evaluation frameworks for model validation
Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve deployed models
Ensure AI systems are secure and compliant with HITRUST, SOC 2, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards
Support transition of business processes to AI-driven solutions with operations, business, training, communications, and customer success teams
Provide documentation, materials, and support to promote user adoption of AI tools
Conduct retrospectives and incorporate continuous improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience developing Artificial Intelligence (AI) models
3+ years of experience developing Machine Learning (ML) models
3+ years of experience deploying AI models in production environments
3+ years of experience deploying ML models in production environments
Experience with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
Experience deploying AI/ML models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience in one or more AI/ML domains such as NLP, computer vision, or time series forecasting
Experience working in healthcare (Advantage)
Proficiency in Python (Advantage)
Proficiency in Node.js (Advantage)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field
Background Screen required before beginning employment
Drug Screen required for newly hired employees
Agreement to necessary Compliance Regulations on the first day of employment
Adherence to applicable HIPAA regulations and company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality, privacy, and security of sensitive health information
Ability to sit at a desk and utilize a computer, telephone, and other basic office equipment
