About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage strategic client relationships across the full service lifecycle, including onboarding, recruitment, immigration, and arrival.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and lead monthly client meetings and weekly status calls.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Plan and lead on-site client visits, including agenda development and executive presentations.
  • Forecast client needs and secure re-orders aligned with hiring goals.
  • Coordinate internal Recruitment, Legal, Immigration, and Customer Success teams for seamless execution.
  • Monitor and report account metrics covering performance, growth, and service quality.
  • Identify client needs, risks, and experience challenges and lead internal resolution efforts.
  • Document client interactions and updates in CRM systems.
  • Generate new client leads through business development events, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Follow up with leads and build strategic relationships with prospective clients.
  • Own new business growth and portfolio expansion targets within the territory.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve client issues and support business operations.
  • Share market trends, client feedback, and process improvement ideas in strategy discussions.
  • Coordinate client-facing deliverables and internal operational projects.
  • Track performance and develop reports measuring account success metrics.
  • Perform other duties and projects supporting WWHS business objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or business development—preferably in healthcare staffing, immigration, or consulting.
  • Proven success in managing complex client relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and executive engagement skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client site visits or industry events.
