About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and prioritize the executive’s calendar, ensuring alignment with company priorities
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
  • Prepare briefing materials for meetings, investor calls, and external engagements
  • Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the executive
  • Track follow-ups and ensure accountability across meetings and initiatives
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for investors, advisors, partners, and VIP clients
  • Support coordination of executive meetings, events, and stakeholder gatherings
  • Assist with relationship management, including outreach and gift coordination
  • Improve systems and workflows using AI and productivity tools
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
  • Provide general administrative support to maintain executive momentum

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience supporting a senior executive
  • Proven ability to manage complex schedules and shifting priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Professional, polished, and comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Experience using AI and automation tools to streamline work processes
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong judgment, follow-through, discretion, and comfort working independently
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information
