About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the sales team and provide an exceptional customer experience
- Respond to customer calls and emails
- Perform administrative and data-entry tasks
- Support customers with questions about products, services, and policies
- Use relevant resources to assist customers
- Troubleshoot orders, account statuses, and other issues
- Communicate with internal and external customers
- Stay up to date on new products, features, and industry trends
- Create and process orders in a timely manner

Requirements
What you’ll need- College diploma; a college diploma with scientific training is an asset
- At least one year of experience in a call centre or sales support environment, or three (3) to five (5) years of customer service experience
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Ability to develop sales of products and services
- Strong listening skills; highly customer-focused and professional
- Strong analytical, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Excellent teamwork, motivation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and be authentic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel) required
- Experience working with a CRM; Creatio is an asset
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, required
- Ability to communicate daily with suppliers and customers located outside Quebec, where English is the primary working language
