About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support monthly closing processes, including preparation of reconciliations, journal entry support, and review of supporting documentation
  • Assist with revenue, cost, and gross margin processes under the guidance of senior finance team members
  • Prepare financial analyses, reports, and data validations to support management review and decision-making
  • Support inventory, pricing, and partner-related accounting activities, including data collection and accuracy checks
  • Maintain and update working files, reports, price lists, and documentation in accordance with internal processes
  • Assist in communications with internal stakeholders and external partners regarding routine finance and accounting matters
  • Support audit processes by preparing requested data, schedules, and backup documentation
  • Participate in ad-hoc finance projects and process improvement initiatives as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting – mandatory
  • CPA license – mandatory
  • Big4 internship or experience – mandatory
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or finance roles
  • Fluent written and spoken in English and Hebrew
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proactive, responsible, and service-oriented approach
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience in a global company (advantage)
  • Familiarity with pharma, inventory, or cost accounting processes (advantage)
  • Experience with NetSuite (advantage)
