About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and manage assigned business applications throughout their lifecycle
  • Coordinate and manage the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering and planning through implementation, testing, go-live, and post-implementation follow-up
  • Manage system enhancements, configuration changes, change requests, releases, and ongoing application improvements
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand processes, identify needs, define requirements, and translate them into application solutions
  • Provide application support and user guidance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions
  • Manage external application vendors, including requirements, deliverables, timelines, issue resolution, and implementation activities
  • Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect follow-up, and validation of new functionality
  • Prepare and maintain system documentation, processes, user guides, project materials, and training materials
  • Support user adoption, communication, training, change management, and go-live activities
  • Monitor tasks, dependencies, risks, timelines, and action items, and provide status updates
  • Participate in cross-organizational technology initiatives and Business Applications projects
  • Support departmental and OCIO-related activities, including information gathering, coordination, reporting, and management materials
  • Gradually take broader ownership of applications and projects, independently leading initiatives and serving as the main Business Applications point of contact for assigned systems and business areas

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in business applications, system implementation, project coordination, application management, or information systems
  • Experience with enterprise business applications such as Salesforce, Veeva, LMS platforms, AI solutions, or similar systems
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew
  • 5–7 years of experience in business applications, information systems, application implementation, project coordination, or similar roles
  • Strong interest in managing business applications and technology-related projects in a business-facing environment
  • Ability to understand business processes and translate business requirements into system and application needs
  • Strong technological orientation and ability to learn new systems independently
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple activities, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively with business users, managers, IT teams, and external vendors
  • High service orientation and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team
  • High sense of responsibility, curiosity, initiative, attention to detail, and motivation to grow professionally
  • Ability to drive tasks forward, follow up on open items, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure execution according to agreed timelines
