About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage clinics and hospitals across the Berlin and Brandenburg sales territory
  • Drive revenue, margin, and market penetration
  • Independently manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, consulting, product trials, negotiations, and closing
  • Analyze market, process, and decision-making structures
  • Identify opportunities and develop business plans
  • Assume commercial responsibility for the sales territory
  • Communicate with procurement teams, nursing staff, and medical professionals
  • Build long-term customer relationships and develop compelling solution approaches
  • Initiate and implement projects, such as standardization, process optimization, and product innovation
  • Serve as the interface between customers, management, and internal teams
  • Maintain the sales pipeline in the CRM system
  • Prepare realistic forecasts
  • Plan sales activities in a structured manner

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in business, economics, or a related field, or substantial sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in complex sales environments
  • Strategic thinking and strong execution skills
  • Independent, goal-oriented approach with a high level of drive
  • Persuasive presence when engaging with customers
  • Ideally, experience in the hospital or medical device sector
  • Fluent German, including strong negotiation skills
  • Good command of English
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Willingness to travel approximately 60–80% of the time
