About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and lead Medline’s sales efforts within assigned key health systems, including hospitals, physician offices, ambulatory surgery centers, and post-acute organizations
- Establish and deliver sales through consistent customer calls and a regularly scheduled itinerary within the assigned territory
- Become knowledgeable about all phases of the customer’s business
- Establish and lead strategies to introduce and implement Medline programs and/or products that support customer needs
- Develop and maintain consultative sales relationships with customers across health system organizations
- Respond to and implement changes and new information affecting customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years sales experience or 8 years sales experience
- Experience in a full cycle sales environment
- At least 3 years of experience building and maintaining relationships within a team
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Intermediate Microsoft PowerPoint skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Word skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
