About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee preparation and shipment of materials, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
- Identify reprocessable items and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide on-site support, addressing workflow issues and assisting with process improvements.
- Educate and train staff on program benefits and best practices through group sessions and one-on-one discussions.
- Support training initiatives using digital tools and reporting platforms to share performance insights.
- Conduct scheduled facility visits, assist with onboarding, and gather feedback to enhance program effectiveness.
- Pack and ship designated medical devices and execute other agreed tasks at facilities.
- Maintain and grow the Medline ReNewal Reprocessing Program.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current valid driver's license.
- Vehicle insurance.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to travel in own vehicle to designated facility if within driving distance.
- Credentialing/hospital certification to access assigned facilities.
- At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or operating room setting.
