About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide clinical support to customers and salesforce on clinical products and services
- Assist with expansion and business retention of potential and existing clinical customers in collaboration with the Medline salesforce
- Partner with sales force on product conversions and implementations
- Assist sales in local territories and at national/corporate account level
- Assist with quality investigations, waste assessments, clinical reviews, and observations
- Conduct clinical and utilization reviews to identify waste, standardization opportunities, and clinical practice adjustments
- Contribute customer/end-user insight to new product development and improvements to existing products
- Engage in professional organizations and attend national, regional, and local industry events
- Provide clinical expertise and customer education programs, materials, and resources supporting Medline clinical products and services
- Provide end-user insight into clinical process enhancement and improvement opportunities to secure or enhance business
Requirements
What you’ll need- RN - Nursing Bachelor's Degree (CNOR certification preferred) or Certified Surgical Technologist
- Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in the operating room required
- Cross-functional experience in ancillary procedural areas such as the Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology (IR), Sterile Processing (SPD), Supply Chain, or Labor & Delivery is preferred
- Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions and drive improvement
- Experience prioritizing workload and scheduling effectively to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel by air/auto up to 75% of the time for business purposes, within state and out of state
- Ability to work in office settings and medical facilities
- Ability to work non-traditional hours during in-services, including weekends and multiple work shifts
