About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide sales teams with technical and sales presentation support
- Support new business acquisition, successful customer integration, and utilization of established products
- Support unit sales plans through pre-sales and/or post-sales technical consulting
- Troubleshoot established products
- Prepare and present technical proposals showing how Medline products meet customer needs and integrate with customer systems and equipment
- Call on potential and existing customers, GPOs, and IDNs within the assigned territory
- Prepare and present customer systems/equipment needs plans to Medline teams
- Analyze customer system and product needs and research customer business
- Develop target lists of potential accounts
- Gather customer data and participate in presentations about product enhancements
- Conduct market research for new product ideas and product line expansion
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years sales or related business experience
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels
- This role requires 75% travel 4-5 days a week
- Previous experience selling in hospital and/or healthcare industry
