About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Input daily item orders and perform daily stock checks and customer pickups as needed
  • Count, rotate, and replenish inventory daily while following procedures
  • Stock and manage products on carts or in assigned areas and manage par levels
  • Check for compromised products and expired inventory
  • Receive inbound materials, mark identifying information, record quantities, sort materials, and stock racks, shelves, or bins
  • Arrange materials for order assembly
  • Perform quality control
  • Move carts to and from loading docks
  • Operate material handling equipment as needed
  • Assist with customer requests while maintaining customer service
  • Perform housekeeping and onsite cleanup

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a hospital environment
  • No certification or licensure required
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment
  • Ability to perform inventory checks, stock rotation, replenishment, and material receiving
  • Ability to perform housekeeping and onsite cleanup duties
