About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gather and synthesise customer feedback, support tickets, and operational insights to identify user pain points and opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain and prioritise the product backlog, balancing business value with technical feasibility
  • Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirement documents (PRDs)
  • Work directly with engineering and QA to drive features through release, remove blockers, and maintain momentum
  • Act as a key point of contact for product decisions across Transformation, Operations, and Engineering teams
  • Develop understanding of medical billing workflows, including claims processing, remittances, payer rules, and compliance requirements
  • Track key product metrics, analyse billing data, and report product initiative performance to stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of experience in a product management, business analyst, or operations role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex problems into clear requirements
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities independently
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with data
  • Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies
  • Applicants must have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland
  • No visa sponsorship is available for this position
  • Desirable: Exposure in Billing or healthcare software
  • Desirable: Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Desirable: Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
