About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Sell Medical Surgical portfolio products through phone, email, and virtual customer engagements to achieve sales objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clinicians, supply chain stakeholders, and other customer contacts within assigned accounts
  • Identify, qualify, and advance sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, account outreach, and territory planning
  • Communicate product features, clinical benefits, and value propositions to clinical and economic decision-makers
  • Support customer education, product demonstrations, and implementation activities with field sales and clinical teams
  • Maintain accurate customer, activity, and opportunity data in Salesforce.com and other business systems
  • Analyze account and territory data to prioritize activities, identify growth opportunities, and support business planning
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Clinical Specialists, Regional Managers, and Directors to support territory objectives and customer success
  • Support customers throughout the United States

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of sales, business development, customer-facing, or related professional experience OR Associate's Degree and 2+ years of such experience OR Bachelor's Degree
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at the time of hire and for the duration of employment; sponsorship is not offered for this role
  • Preferred: 1+ year of healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or business-to-business sales experience
  • Preferred: Experience communicating with customers or selling products through phone, email, or virtual engagement platforms
  • Preferred: Experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications
  • Preferred: Experience managing customer information, sales activities, or opportunity tracking within a CRM or related business system
  • Preferred: Experience with Salesforce.com, SAP, Tableau, or similar business applications
  • Preferred: Knowledge of hospital, ambulatory surgery center, physician office, or Alternate Site healthcare environments
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Biological Sciences, or a related field
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
