About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Integrate the HUGO™ RAS-system into hospitals
- Meet with robotic program stakeholders and develop program goals and metrics
- Conduct regular program review meetings
- Develop surgeon training plans and coordinate off-site training and proctored cases
- Develop staff training plans and support staff through their learning curve
- Attend cases during surgeon and staff learning sessions to support technology adoption
- Use change management techniques to engage clinical stakeholders and attain buy-in
- Coach hospital staff to promote skill transfer and operational self-sufficiency
- Cooperate with Medtronic field service engineers and hospital staff to prepare operating rooms
- Track milestones and demonstrate value delivered for pilot sites
- Travel throughout the country more than 75%
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree with 0 years of clinical, sales or related experience
- Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the assigned territory
- Ability to travel regularly to customer sites
- Valid driver's license required
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
- Knowledge and experience of operating rooms and surgery procedures
- Demonstrated ability to operate from idea generation and strategy development through detailed implementation and results delivery
- Understanding of quality and regulatory requirements
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to integrate a customer team and coach it to continuously improve performance
- Change management experience, including standardizing process optimization and change management activities
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and research skills
- Familiarity with hospital workflows and complex healthcare environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
