About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle administrative and clerical tasks, managing service requests, inquiries, and communication with internal stakeholders and external customers or vendors
- Manage complex tasks independently, taking initiative even when procedures are not fully defined
- Communicate daily via phone and email, collaborating with Service Engineers, workshop teams, and cross-functional departments
- Administer service-related systems including ServiceNow, SAP, and Salesforce
- Track orders, manage invoicing and disputes, and coordinate logistics for spare parts
- Prepare and follow up on quotations for repairs, maintenance, and part sales
- Support continuous improvement efforts and suggest process optimizations
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, complete required training, and follow through on service and repair processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Requires minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in customer service, ideally within a healthcare or technical service environment
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent time management, planning, and organisational skills
- Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred (training provided)
- Proficient in English
