About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide forecast analysis and handoff on a monthly cycle, including changes, trends, and financial compliance
  • Align with Supply Planning, Operations, Finance, and Marketing on consensus forecasts to meet patient needs
  • Drive demand forecast accuracy using advanced analytics, statistical forecasting models, and business intelligence
  • Maintain product demand history, baseline forecasts, and promotional projections
  • Analyze demand trends and product performance to identify patterns and mitigate forecasting risks
  • Translate commercial and market insights into actionable forecasts and integrate inputs into planning systems
  • Develop and refine account-, customer-, and brand-specific forecasts supporting S&OP
  • Integrate replenishment trends, point-of-sale data, promotions, marketing initiatives, capacity constraints, and product lifecycle changes into demand plans
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, National Accounts, R&D, Supply Planning, and Operations teams
  • Lead cross-functional forecast reviews and facilitate alignment on demand drivers, risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans
  • Implement process improvements using technology, automation, and best practices to improve forecasting capabilities, planning efficiency, data quality, and operational effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 0 years of experience
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across commercial, supply chain, and operational functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to transform complex data into actionable business recommendations
  • Experience in medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated manufacturing environments
  • Working knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and demand planning systems
  • Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment; sponsorship is not offered for roles below Principal level
