About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the CRM Service Team to deliver clinical service, technical expertise, and support for implant and revenue goals
  • Coach and develop direct reports through performance management, goal setting, development planning, and ongoing feedback
  • Recruit and hire CRM Clinical Specialists while building a diverse talent pipeline
  • Execute CRM service strategies, programs, technology solutions, and key initiatives across the district
  • Drive service optimization, operational efficiency, and implementation of new service models
  • Partner with sales and key stakeholders to execute service-related business objectives
  • Align clinical resources with regional and district leadership based on business priorities and service demand
  • Manage inventory, expenses, and assets to support efficient service delivery and Customer Focused Quality

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years of clinical management experience
  • 2+ years of Medtronic Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) and/or Electrophysiology (EP) service leadership experience
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
  • Knowledge of the local cardiac customer base and CRM service coverage requirements for implants and follow-up care
  • Experience in medical device sales, marketing, training, healthcare, or technical services
  • Training or experience in Lean Sigma principles
  • Demonstrated business acumen, strategic execution, and experience coaching and developing employees
