  • Lead market development programs, therapy awareness initiatives, Pace programs, training, and simulation labs
  • Achieve or exceed disposable quota, including focus products
  • Achieve or exceed capital quota
  • Perform effective forecasting and opportunity management
  • Drive to multiple accounts throughout the region

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND at least 6+ years experience
  • OR Associate’s Degree AND at least 4+ years experience
  • OR Bachelor’s Degree AND at least 2+ years experience
  • Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
  • Must live or be able to relocate within 50 miles of SE Michigan
  • Valid driver's license
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
  • Strong understanding of clinical environments
  • Experience building and managing key customer relationships with clinical and administrative decision-makers
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., SF.com), forecasting, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
